SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy is that when you purchase the product from Ghost Sales, you understand ALL payments are final. All products will be delivered within the max time of 48 hours (2-days). Minimum will be 12 hours (half a day). Please understand that our team is working to ensure that you WILL get your product. When you buy the product you will receive a PDF downloadable that states how you need to message the Discord username provided.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The return policy is that we understand how much you want to know where your money went. If you have over paid the amount due, the money will be returned to your email that you provide to us. If you feel you didn't want the product after your purchase, we will not return the product, nor refund you for the purchase. Your product is yours. We will ensure that you receive a notification with details of how to access your account.
